Four ways in. Pick the one that sounds like you.
Most Goa packages give you a shared hotel, a crowded van, and a phone number that stops answering after you land. We own the property — so when your group arrives, the place is yours.

The four-day trip, hour by hour
- Day oneArrive
- Morning arrival and check-in, with breakfast waiting. The pools and the orchard are yours until lunch — no schedule, just recover. At three we leave for Old Goa: the Basilica of Bom Jesus and Se Cathedral. Then Fontainhas, the Latin Quarter of Panaji, on foot, and the Mandovi sunset cruise with live music and Goan folk dance. After dinner, the casino boats if you want them, or straight back to the bonfire.
- Day twoNorth Goa
- Early breakfast, then the dolphin boat trip from Coco Beach. Fort Aguada and the lighthouse by late morning, looking down the whole coastline. Midday at Calangute and Baga — parasailing, jet ski, banana boat, bumper ride — and lunch at a beach shack. Anjuna in the afternoon, then Chapora Fort at sunset — the Dil Chahta Hai point. Night at the Arpora market if it is a Saturday, otherwise the clubs on Tito's Lane. The coach waits. Nobody finds their own way home.
- Day threeThe falls
- The jeep safari to Dudhsagar Falls through the Bhagwan Mahaveer sanctuary. Midday at a spice plantation in Ponda — walking tour, welcome drink, Goan lunch on a banana leaf. Shri Manguesh and Shri Shantadurga temples on the way back. Then home for a bonfire, DJ and dinner on the lawn. The last night is the one people remember.
- Day fourOur backyard
- Mayem Lake for boating, then the Arvalem waterfalls and rock-cut caves — fifteen minutes from our gate, and the quietest, greenest part of Goa. Most visitors never see it. Back for lunch, pools open, and your rooms stay yours until six in the evening. No waiting in a lobby with your luggage. Then the airport drop, or the coach pulls in.
Dudhsagar closes during the monsoon. In those months day three becomes South Goa — Miramar, Dona Paula, Colva beach and Ancestral Goa at Loutolim.
The three-day trip
Day one and day two exactly as above. Day three is Mayem Lake and the Arvalem waterfalls, back for lunch, pools, rooms until six, then home. The third night is what buys you Dudhsagar — it is the one thing people tell us afterwards they wish they had added.
What is included, on every trip
- Stay at De Rush Farm — pool-facing rooms, both pools, kids' waterslides, six thousand square metres of orchard
- All meals — Telugu food cooked in our own kitchen, or Chettinad, Bangalore, Maharashtrian, Goan
- Unlimited house-brand bar and a bonfire evening on the lawn
- An outing every single day — sightseeing, cruise, dolphins or adventure
- Mandovi sunset cruise, dolphin boat trip, water sports at Baga, nightclub entry
- Fifty per cent off casino entry
- All ground transport in our own minibuses, every day
- Return sleeper coach on Wheels, or airport pickup and drop on Wings
- Late checkout at six on your last day — rooms and pools yours until you leave
- A Havira coordinator with your group the whole way
Not included: flights on Wings, premium liquor above house brand, casino chips, personal shopping, and anything you buy on your own.
Book all forty berths and it stops being a tour and starts being your trip. One group, one coach, one resort, nobody you did not invite.

The whole resort, yours
Forty to fifty guests, two nights, one price for the entire property
On request
Twenty rooms. Two pools, both open to your group. An open lawn, a fifty-seat air-conditioned restaurant, and a kitchen that cooks what you ask for. All of it, with only your people in it.
That is the difference between a group booking and a buyout. In a group booking you share the pool with strangers. Here you do not — for two nights, nobody else checks in.
Who takes the whole place
- Bachelor and bachelorette parties. Music as loud as you like, as late as you like. There is nobody to disturb.
- Women's groups. A gated property, our own women staff on the floor, our own drivers and our own vehicles. Your coordinator's phone is on all night. This is the trip your family will actually agree to.
- Family reunions and milestone birthdays. Grandparents in the air-conditioned restaurant, children on the pool slides, everyone at one table for dinner.
- Corporate offsites. Banquet hall for the sessions, lawn for the evening, twenty rooms for the team. Monday to Thursday rates are meaningfully lower.
You choose the menu
Andhra, Chettinad, Bangalore, Maharashtrian, Goan or continental. Our kitchen is private, so we cook what your group eats at home. Tell us at booking. Jain, pure vegetarian and no-onion-no-garlic are routine for us, not a special request.
You choose the add-ons
Sightseeing by minibus, dolphin trip, Mandovi cruise, nightclub, casino drops, DJ and lights on the lawn, bonfire, photographer, and airport transfers for the whole group. Add the four-day Goa itinerary from Wheels & Wings if you want the trip planned end to end.
It takes one phone call. One organiser, one price, one decision — and forty people stop asking you questions.

Schools, colleges and communities
Weekday departures, thirty to fifty people, written itineraries you can send to parents
Weekday rates
When you are responsible for other people's children — or other people's parents — the trip is not the hard part. Being accountable for forty people is the hard part. That is the part we take from you.
A gated six-thousand-square-metre property, our own staff, our own transport, and a head count at every stop.
School excursions
Head count before and after every stop. Teachers roomed among the students. Separate floors for boys and girls. Simple, hygienic, familiar food. A first-aid trained staff member on every vehicle. A written itinerary you can send home to parents. No nightlife, no bar service, and nothing on the property that should not be near children.
College tours
Whole-property buyout so the group is on its own. Lawn, DJ, bonfire. Rules agreed in writing with the faculty in charge before arrival — and we enforce them.
Senior citizen groups
Ground-floor rooms. An unhurried schedule: one outing a day, not three. Low-oil, low-spice food on request. Hospital and pharmacy locations shared with your group leader on day one. Somebody walking with the group, not driving ahead of it.
Apartment and community trips
Three generations, one property, one bill. Children on the pool slides, elders in the air-conditioned restaurant, and the committee gets a single point of contact instead of nine.
Send us your dates and headcount and we will send back a written itinerary and quotation you can circulate to parents or to your committee.

Celebrations
Destination weddings, receptions and milestone birthdays for up to 800 guests
Site visits daily
A fully centrally air-conditioned banquet hall for eight hundred, an open lawn for another eight hundred, and twenty rooms on the same estate — so the people who matter most sleep where the function is.
The venue
- Banquet hall, 800 capacity, fully centrally air conditioned
- Open lawn for 800, under the orchard
- Twenty rooms on site, two pools, fifty-seat air-conditioned restaurant
- Private kitchen, private parking, generator backup
What we host
Destination weddings, receptions and engagements. Haldi, mehendi and sangeet on the lawn. Fortieth and fiftieth birthdays, anniversaries, naming ceremonies and corporate annual days.
The kitchen is ours
No forced caterer and no per-plate surprise. Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Goan, North Indian, Jain — or bring your own cook and use our kitchen. Your call.
We handle the rest
Décor and mandap, DJ, sound and lighting, photography and video, guest transport and airport pickups, accommodation for guests beyond the twenty rooms, and priest and ritual arrangements.
A wedding is not a package. Come and see the property, and we will build the quote around what you actually want.
